Is there an experience that can be appreciated by all the cultures of the world? The answer is simple: food. All of us need to nourish ourselves but over the centuries with the progress of civilizations, food has turned from a vital element to survive into a stimulus to invent many ways and styles to prepare it.

I am in love with India for the many facets of this huge country, mistakenly identified only with Rajasthan, a wonderful region that cannot be missed. The purpose of this blog, however, is to tell about less popular places and unique ways to live them.

The Mergui Archipelago, which is located in the south of Myanmar at short distance from Thailand, is still unspoiled and consists of 800 islands surrounded by a sea that has nothing to envy to the Maldives.
